Restaurant Management Essentials

Our Restaurant Management program is aimed at professionals from the hospitality sector who already participate in the business and wish to continue their education, who after a period of work within a company, aim to update their knowledge, which allows them to take on new responsibilities.

 

The main objective of the Restaurant Management course is to train professionals by providing them better planning development, organization and management skills and business analytical knowledge in the field of restaurants, catering and leisure organizations.

Case study
Each area of business is studied using practical cases, most of which deal with real problems that may arise in any type of company. Cases are first prepared individually, then in groups.
Team working
Students are divided into small work groups which are carefully formed with attention to the different training, backgrounds and experiences of their members to ensure diversity. This kind of group work is an essential preparation for professionals in different management positions.
Interactive material
Our students are offered different types of multimedia simulations, interactive graphics, videos, podcasts, and apps.
We use role-playing in order to get the student used to organizing their time and to learn how to work under pressure.
